adding qmk to guix
...
Inside of base we now have the appropriate udev rules and the manifest
to setup qmk. Also we have qmk setup as a submodule.

adding a lot of guix things to better setup guix
...
A lot of these changes are for Guix not Nix, however, nix still works
on the laptop so I'm going to reset the changes on the desktop to this
commit so that Nix might work there for Camp.

updates to make kaladin a substitute server
...
This helps me to use it's much faster processer to build packages like
firefox and then install them in syl.
