Is it possible (in other words is there a Melpa package I guess) that lets me specify scheduled tasks with a duration:

* TODO ... SCHEDULED: <2021-11-08 Mon 15:00-1hr>

rather than

* TODO ... SCHEDULED: <2021-11-08 Mon 15:00-16:00>

Note that in the first sample I specify 15:00hr + 1 hour rather than second example where I have to calculate the end time myself.
