Do you use images in your notes regularly?

If so, what are your practices, tips, and tricks?

The manual on images seems to be very basic.

I use the org-download package by abo-abo (https://github.com/abo-abo/org-download) to drop images into a note.

Should I always prepare them beforehand to have a consistent look (e.g. to have the same width through all the notes)?
