is arch as well supported as an Ubuntu/debian based distro? let's say someone only supplies a .deb file, and you want to run it on arch, is it possible to run it with minimal problems? another example, if I want to use my 8bitdo controller that works in pop os, could I make it work on arch? is hardware supported equally between these distros?

I want to switch to arch to make Linux less resource intensive and more customisable. However, i hope that there is the same level of support on arch, as there is from pop os.
