In my user's home folder I have the standard Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc... but within that Documents folder is another tire of folders. Downloads, Music, Pictures, Templates, and Videos. If I delete these extra folders they reappear on next restart.

Does anyone know what is creating these directories or how I would go about finding what is creating these directories.

I already checked xdg-user-dirs config and they seem to be pointing to the appropriate directories within home.
