My situation: I offer lots of training. Around a training, several date-sensitive activities need to happen, that I would like to see in my agenda e.g.

• a week before the training I need to order materials and exams
• the day before I need to set up the online whiteboard
• the day of the training, I need to conduct the training (and would like this to be reflected by a due date)
• one day after the training, I want to send a link to a feedback form

You get the gist.

I'm wondering if there's a way to set up a capture template so that I enter "Training on subject X, on date Y", and org will automatically calculate the corresponding due dates for these surrounding activities and stick them into the newly captured structure.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
