I have my full disk encrypted during installation using cryptsetup

I'd like to encrypt my home directory as well and setup in a way where I can de-encrypt using a yubikey and/or password

Reason is if I had to give up encryption password at an airport screening process, my personal info will be protected from double encryption. Is it possible?
