I'm trying to figure out the new citation features, which look awesome. But my exports are failing with the message "unknown processor csl".

I've put this line in my file:

#+cite_export: csl ~/Dropbox/csl/chicago-fullnote-bibliography-with-ibid.csl

And I have citeproc-el installed.

I'm supposed to do something else, I know, but I can't figure it out.
