When I use counsel-rg, I get results back that reflect searching files on my filesystem that do not reflect changes made to open buffers. So if I search for something, I'll get results back that might be in the wrong position, or referring to lines I may have deleted, etc.

Is there any way I can customize any project-wide swiper search like counsel-rg to search all files in a project, but prioritize open buffers over persistent files? Preferably without using projectile.
