Hello all!

I cut a new release in Code Review including basic Gitlab support, a table with feature parity between Github and Gitlab is available here. I am not a Gitlab user myself therefore I appreciate all the feedback from actual users on how we can improve this going forward.

This first week I received good feedbacks on features and was able to deliver some bug fixes, thanks for all the reporters.
