I know, I know. Believe me, I wouldn't if I didn't have to.

Does anybody have experience running an arch distribution in a windows 11 <del>windows subsystem for linux</del> linux subsystem for windows? There are instructions on how to migrate from ubuntu, but since I'm looking to use native gpu support in wsl, which is a bleeding edge feature, I'm a little hesitent.

But then again, the latest ubuntu for wsl is 20.04, which is almost 20 months old, and hence I'll have to tinker anyway to upgrade the system. Might aswell install arch.

What do you say? Any hands-on experience? Thank you :-)

P.S.: I can't run arch on my machine as gigabyte's linux driver support for my motherboard is terrible.

   submitted by /u/agentsmurf6
[link] [comments]
