Use ‘bc’ as your command line calculator.<br />
|
|
– BC is a command line calculator that is included with most distros but can be installed via the repository if needed.<br />
|
|
– The tool allows you to do scientific, financial, or simple calculations right from the terminal.<br />
|
|
– Simple type ‘bc’ in the terminal to invoke and type your operations such as 7*7 and hit enter<br />
|
|
– It supports addition, subtraction, multiplication, parantheses, exponents, etc. </p>
