** Guacamole Docker
Wanting to set this up for open source remote desktop assistance to other computers.
https://hub.docker.com/r/oznu/guacamole
This image would be the easiest to get up and running.
However, I'd need to get a volume for apparently the config and database
It says it uses a postgres database.
Here is how to run it in just docker.
#+begin_src sh
docker run \
-p 8080:8080 \
-v </path/to/config>:/config \

#+end_src
*** Enabling Extensions
Extensions can be enabled using the -e EXTENSIONS variable. Multiple extensions can be enabled using a comma separated list without spaces.
For example:
#+begin_src sh
docker run \
-p 8080:8080 \
-v </path/to/config>:/config \
-e "EXTENSIONS=auth-ldap,auth-duo"
oznu/guacamole
#+end_src
Currently the available extensions are:
- auth-ldap - LDAP Authentication
- auth-duo - Duo two-factor authentication
- auth-header - HTTP header authentication
- auth-cas - CAS Authentication
- auth-openid - OpenID Connect authentication
- auth-totp - TOTP two-factor authentication
- auth-quickconnect - Ad-hoc connections extension
You should only enable the extensions you require, if an extensions is not configured correctly in the guacamole.properties file it may prevent the system from loading. See the official documentation for more details.

* Billy 180 Video Notes
- How long do you want this to be? Are you aiming for it to be a 5 min video? Like where are we going to show it?
- If it can be shorter based off that, try removing dead spots or clips that are longer than 5 seconds. When clips are longer than a few seconds, they get stale. It's kinda like a weird feeling as you are watching it and expect it to change soon but it doesn't.
- Prioritize removing spots where the camera is shaky. Don't get too clung to certain clips, if it's just too shaky or whatever, yeet it.
- Other areas you can consider removing are blurry spots. When out of focus, unless you want that there for stylistic reasons. Also places where things get too close to the edge of the frame, yeet it so it doesn't feel like you have to watch the edge of the screen.
- Another area to maybe work on is color. The camera intentionally records in a blander less contrast color profile to try and get more detail in the darker areas and the brighter areas. Go ahead and increase the contrast in the video clips to bring the pictures and video closer in color accuracy.
** Notes for future recording
- Work on you rule of thirds. Framing is key to making sure you are directing the eyes of the viewer where they should go. A lot of it is subtle, but making sure things are framed well is important.
- Try your best at having 3 points of contact on the camera to help steady shots. Also, move in a solid motion to help stabilize things further.
- Be concious of your own sounds if you want to capture sound. Also, use the mic. :p
- Focus. Learn the direction of the focus ring over and over. Practice in the office if you need to.
