a lot of attempts to make obs work. the setting never finishes

By setting the log level to tracing, I can find that obs isn't
responding to obws or something. Need to figure out why...

...
Rather than the logic in qml, I've moved it to rust and am using
signals to tell the ui to change.

making obs an option so that incase of errors we can set to None
...
This is really effective since it means we can still launch the app
without obs running too. Now I'll still need to figure out why it's
having problems though.
